At Coffee & Cover, every item is made especially for you once you place your order. Because each product is printed on demand, we do not keep inventory or resell returned items.
For that reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Choosing the wrong color or design
- Accidental orders
We encourage you to review the size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we're here to help.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once we've reviewed your request, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund if appropriate.
Lost packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with you to find the best solution.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
